i'm startin a social: westside ladies who bike...in skirts if they wanna. actually i started it in Athens and now i've moved to Griffin and figure i'll start it here. we had some fun with it and always started at a coffee shop, and made sure to ramble past whatever fun stuff was in town: farmers market, fall festival, sidewalk sale, wine tasting, coffee roasting, barnstormers flying show or whatever you can rustle up. its not about going fast or far, but it is about gaining confidence to ride, lookin good, having fun, and gettin healthy!
and to encourage and educate i put up some pix on facebook of how i dress when i bike about town daily. i wont say i dont own any lycra, but i will say i dont know where its packed away. oh, and scarfs ladies, love scarves on bikes!
